Consultant for the US Dairy Export Council (USDEC), with more than 25 years of experience in the food and agricultural sector. Wilcox received his BS in Biological Sciences and his MS in Animal Nutrition from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, as well as an MBA from Concordia University in St. Paul.
Wilcox previously worked in product and business development positions at the Midwest Dairy Association, Protient Ingredient Technologies, and Land O'Lakes. He also served on the Steering Committee of the Whey Protein Research Consortium, focused on establishing evidence-based health and wellness benefits of whey protein.
